    The age limit to benefit from our services is between 18 and 65 years . Additionally, we require our clients to possess valid driving license for a minimum period of 1 year.

  • 2. What documents will be required by Leadership Car Rentals to submit when hiring a car?

    The documents required by Leadership Car Rentals are :,
    - A copy of your passport with visa page .
    - A signed photocopy of your valid Cameroon driving license / Valid international license.

    Yes , it is necessary for a deposit to be made when renting a vehicle from us. However, the amount, deposit type payment method will vary by the type of agreement.

  • 6. Can a rental car be reserved?

    Yes, all you have to do is just get in touch with one of our sales representatives to reserve a rental car from us.

  • 7. What about late returns?

    We rent out vehicles on a 24 hours basis with a 30 minutes grace period allotted for returns . However, after the grace period, hourly charges will be applicable. An hour is 10,000 FCFA , 2 hours 20,000 FCFA and 3 hours is full day late charges will be applicable. Bear in that we not offer a grace period for surcharges, rental fees and protections charges or optional equipment. For all such items, full date late charges will apply.

  • 8. Are any other charges applicable?

    Unless customers wish to add additional services, including urgent exchange, chauffeur services etc no other fees are applicable.

  • 9. Is it possible for me to change where I want to return the vehicle after picking it up?

    Yes, the rental car pick service location can be changed by getting in touch with our representatives. However, this must be done at least 3 to 6 hours in advance.

  • 10. Is roadside assistance offered in case I have problems with my car?

    If you have difficulties with your rental car , please contact our sales department. If there are any minor problems that can be addressed on the spot , we will dispatch our operations team to assist you right away. In the unlikely event that your car faces a malfunction , get in touch with our sales department for car replacement or assistance. However, in this case , do not leave your vehicle , wait for service or the police to arrive.

  • 11. What should I do if the car is damaged or is involved in an accident?

    Do not leave the site of an accident and get in touch with the police. If no one was hurt and the vehicle received only minor damage, drivers should move their cars to the side of the road to keep them from causing traffic congestion. In any other case , it is not recommended for you to move the vehicle. After you have received the report from the police, submit it to Leadership Car Rentals.

    You can modify or cancel your reservations by contacting our customer service care representative. Please note that any modifications or cancellations will not be backed refunds. You can always come anytime at your convenience to use the vehicle you booked.

  • 18. May extend my rental beyond the original return date?

    It depends on the situation. In case if your rental car is reserved by other customer, you can’t extend your rent of booked cars. However, you may exchange your rental car by any other available models. If you are exchanging within same range and category, rental charges will remain same . If you are exchanging within a lower or higher range rental rates will be adjusted accordingly. In case if same rental car will not be reserved, then you may extend rent by contacting our customer care representative or sales department.

  • 19. Do you have restricted zones to ply?

    Our Vehicles operate and circulate in Buea, Limbe, Tiko, Mutengene and Douala. If our cars are to operate out of the aforementioned areas a non-refundable deposit of 50,000 FCFA is applicable.

  • 20. Can I have the rental agreement?

    Yes, contact the customer care representative or the sales department and a PDF file of the rental agreement and contract will be sent to you.
